PARK AND RIDE

We want to make it as easy as possible for fans to travel to St Mary’s stadium on matchdays. That’s why we’ve launched a Park and Ride scheme through our sustainability strategy, The Halo Effect. This service is all about making it more convenient for fans to get to the stadium, while also reducing traffic and improving the environment.
You can now book for the following games at St Mary's:
About Park and Ride
The Park and Ride service, for first team Premier League home matches, is being run as a 9 game trial, starting with the Wolves fixture on February 11th and ending with the final league game of the season against Liverpool on May 28th.
The aim is to make it easier and greener for Saints supporters, who travel the furthest for home games at St Mary’s, to make their way to the ground on matchdays.
Location
The Adanac Park NHS multi-storey carpark is located outside of the city centre, meaning fans using the service avoid heavy city centre traffic and the search for parking is already taken care of.
When turning off the M271, please follow the ‘Pre-booked Park & Ride’ signs.

Drop off
Fans will be dropped off on South Front, around a ten minute walk from the stadium.
How it works and booking
To use the service, fans must book in advance via the links below or by calling our ticket office number, 02381 780780.
Park and Ride tickets are subject to availability and must be bought separately for each fixture. Each person can only book one car at a time.
For the cost of £5 per car, fans can make travelling to St Mary’s a more relaxing experience.
The Park and Ride service uses 6 buses, running shuttles from the carpark to the drop off point, found within a ten minute walk of the stadium.
They run from 2.5 hours before kick-off and up to 1 hour after the final whistle. The carpark closes two hours after the final whistle and vehicles must be collected before that time.
Accessible parking spaces are available at the Adanac facility and each bus has one accessible space on board. EV charging spaces are also available for fans arriving in electric vehicles.
We'd like to give a big thank you to Steer consultancy for helping with Southampton FC's overall matchday travel and transport strategy, as well as to CES, who is managing the buses, drivers, and traffic management for us. We'd also like to thank University Hospital Southampton and Southampton City Council for their support with lane closures, drop-off point permissions, and traffic management liaison with CES.
Please read the NHS Terms and Conditions of using the facility before booking.
