If you believe you are eligible for disabled rate tickets and have never purchased one before, you will be required to fill in our Access Requirement Form here. One of our Disabled Liaison Officers will then assess this and get in touch. If you are not in receipt of one of these benefits, please fill in the form so that we can discuss this further.
You can also visit the stadium to purchase tickets where our staff will be happy to assist. There is a lowered counter and hearing loop available and your Disabled Liaison Officers are based nearby and available Monday - Friday and on matchdays should you have any additional requirements or are just looking to engage with the team.
Our services and facilities are open to all, so if you don’t qualify for disabled rate tickets you can still benefit from these at any time.
Disabled Supporters that meet the above criteria may qualify for a free personal assistant ticket.
Whilst our staff work hard to ensure a safe and pleasant matchday experience for all of our disabled supporters, the personal assistant is responsible for the needs of the disabled supporter and should accompany them at every visit to the stadium.
A personal assistant cannot gain entry to the stadium without accompanying the disabled supporter - any personal assistant wishing to attend the match without the disabled supporter must upgrade their ticket at the Ticket Office prior to the match, paying the relevant price for the ticket. If you are a personal assistant and you have any questions regarding your visit or you feel you may need additional assistance in caring for the disabled supporter on matchday please do not hesitate to contact our Accessibility Team.
