Maintaining independence and improving wellbeing is at the forefront of Senior Saints and we bring that to our older adults in the community.
Whether through circuit training, seated exercise classes or walking sports, there is something to fit all abilities. Our aim is to improve physical health whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere so all can feel the benefit across the city.
Sessions run daily throughout the year, with our staff on hand to provide assistance and expertise, now is the time to enjoy exercise, make new friends and stay independent.

Whether playing walking football, walking cricket or circuit training, each session will test your core skills in a non-competitive environment as you socialise too.
