Senior Saints strives to help older people improve their wellbeing and maintain their independence, all whilst increasing their connection with the community.

We run a variety of online and in person activities, designed to improve physical health, introduce new skills and create friendships along the way. There's exercises to fit all abilities and our team are on hand to provide assistance and expertise. 

Now is the time to enjoy exercise, make new friends and to keep your independence.
