As we close out 2022 and welcome 2023, Southampton FC Women will be looking to continue their Championship title chase in their first match against Lewes.
Saints will be looking for a win against Lewes FC when they host at St Mary’s on 15th January (2pm) in our first Women’s Championship match of the New Year.
Last time Marieanne Spacey-Cale's side faced Lewes FC they drew 2-2 after a nail-biting comeback, so the return leg will likely bring drama of its own. Saints are only 2 points off top spot a win would be positive to continue the tightly-contested hunt for the Championship title.
