Southampton FC's Girls' Player Pathway has received top ratings across the board for its performance this season and beyond.

The FA's Girls Talent Development Sub-Committee has recognised the club for their commitment to the Girls' Player Pathway at Southampton Regional Talent Club.

In the Club Performance Report, which is undertaken annually, Saints received a rating of 'exceeding license criteria', with the highest rating, 'exceeding', in all six elements of the report.

The Club was also praised for its work to develop female players, not only this season, but for a number of years, noting that this work has been significant in the wider women's and girls' footballing landscape in England.
