The draw marks two South Coast Derby matches in a row, with the first league meeting of the season following this third round tie on Wednesday 15th December.
Saints booked their place in the third round of the competition with a dominant victory over Ilminster Town on Sunday.
Goals from Sophia Pharoah, Ella Morris, a double each for Leeta Rutherford and Georgie Freeland and a debut goal for RTC graduate Sky Bedwell ensured progression at the Archie Gooch Pavilion.
Portsmouth progressed with a narrow 2-1 win over AFC Bournemouth at Westleigh Park, with goals from Evie Gane and former Saint Shannon Albuery.
