After victory over Championship side Lewes in round four, Saints will now face their toughest test in recent years with a trip to Super League side Birmingham City in the last 16.
Goals of the highest quality from Georgie Freeland and Rachel Panting ensured progression over Lewes with a 2-1 victory.
It was an equally successful day for Birmingham, who confirmed their place in the fifth round with a 5-1 victory at home to Coventry United.
The two sides will meet in Solihull at the Sportnation.bet Stadium on May 16th, with the earlier kick-off time of 12.30pm (BST) being confirmed.
