Southampton FC Women return to league action this weekend, with the visit of Maidenhead United to Staplewood Campus (2pm GMT).
Due to a pitch inspection at AFC Totton, Sunday 1st March's fixture will now take place at Staplewood Campus.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate supporters at the game.
Following a tough defeat last time out in the semi-finals of the WNL Cup at the hands of higher division Sunderland, the return to National League action will come as a welcome one.
Marieanne Spacey-Cale’s side remain unbeaten in the division, drawing just once during their ten games so far this campaign.
Last time out in the competition Saints breezed past fourth placed Exeter City with a 6-0 win away from home.
Sunday sees the visit of ninth placed Maidenhead United, who Saints face for the first time this season this weekend.
“Any game that we play now, every team will want to beat us,” said Spacey-Cale. “Everybody wants to be the ones who said they stopped Southampton’s run.
“The league is so important to us, we know there’s good teams in the league and we know Maidenhead will come to us and try and get us playing.
“We have to focus on what we do really well as players and as coaches. We have to forget that semi-final defeat, go into the game against Maidenhead and carry on being where we want to be.”
