Three Southampton players are to be involved in international action tonight for their respective nations.

Angus Gunn is tipped to start for England Under-21s as they take on Netherlands in a 2019 UEFA European Championship qualifier at 7.45pm.

It is a hometown return for Gunn, with the game being played at Norwich City’s Carrow Road, where he spent the 2017/18 campaign on loan.

The Young Lions are currently top of Group 4 and drew 1-1 in the reverse fixture against tonight’s opponents, with Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin the goalscorer.

Elsewhere, Cédric will be with Portugal as they take on Croatia in a friendly at Estadio Algarve.

In the UEFA Nations League, Moi Elyounoussi’s Norway take on Cyprus at Ullevaal Stadion (7.45pm BST).

Norway have won all nine meetings between the two sides, with four of those victories coming in European qualifiers.
