Saints reveal new third kit

The striking new shirt will be worn for the first time this afternoon, as Saints face Ligue 1 side Dijon FCO at the conclusion of their training camp in France.
 
And supporters won’t have long to wait to get hold of it, with sales starting on Saturday 4th August, in store and online.
 
That means fans can get their hands on the shirt ahead of the final pre-season game of the summer, against Borussia Mönchengladbach, which takes place that afternoon, at St Mary’s.

The new kit is the latest addition to the Under Armour stable, with eye-catching designs for this season’s home and away editions having been revealed last month.
 
The third shirt offers a clever twist on the classic-style home version, integrating a darker tone of red that retains the feel of the club’s traditional stripes, while it is offset by a smart, black trim.

It can be coupled with either the home shorts and socks, or a change version of red shorts and white socks, although the latter will not be available for purchase.

Please note, there is also no pre-order window for the third shirt.
 
Designed in Under Armour’s Innovation Lab, the new kit also incorporates the company’s renowned HeatGear fabric and a Moisture Transport System, allowing players to stay dry even in the toughest of conditions.

Anyone who purchases the third shirt will receive a free £5 gift card*, courtesy of Virgin Media, which can be used in our Stadium and Westquay Stores, as well as online, between August 11th and December 24th on a £5 minimum transaction.
