What is the role?
This role will involve working with young players aged from 5-8. You will help them develop and progress both with their football and life skills, and guide them on a possible pathway towards Academy football.
With a reputation for producing players such as Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain the centre offers opportunity to coach some of the best talent in the South of the country.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for skilled football coaches to work within our development centres across the South of the country. You will be qualified to the relevant level and will have experience working with junior players within the Foundation phase.

We are currently looking for Casual Assistant Coaches in these centres:
The competencies which are required include:
• Experience working with foundation age players.
• Minimum FA Level 2 (working towards).
• FA Youth Award (or working towards).
• Age appropriate F.A. Certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Experience working within professional football at an elite junior / youth level.
• Experience of working with a variety of schoolboy age groups.
• UEFA B Licence.
