Home & Heart stories rolling in

By SFC Media time Mon 17 Mar Club

We've already had more than a hundred stories about how our fans fell in love with Southampton Football Club. Have you sent us yours?

St Mary’s is your home, and Saints are in your heart – now we want you to tell us how you became one of us.

Every one of our supporters has a story about how they became a Saints fan. As part of an exciting new campaign, we need to hear them – you might even win a 2014/15 Season Ticket…

Home & Heart celebrates the things that make up a Southampton supporter. We’ll reveal more in the near future, and we have some interesting ideas up our sleeves.

For now, though, we’re relying on you – our loyal supporters.

When did you know that Saints were the team for you? Can you remember your first game? We want to learn about your memories.

Who or what convinced you that you’d never need any other club in your life? What has been your proudest and happiest memory from your journey with Southampton Football Club? What do you hope the future holds at St Mary’s?

Maybe there’s a quirky tale behind how you became a Saints fan, or you could tell us about your pre-match rituals.

As we approach the 2014/15 season, we’ll be collating the best entries and immortalising them in the history of Southampton Football Club.

So get writing! Send your Home & Heart stories to homeandheart@saintsfc.co.uk, and join the discussion on social media by using the #sfchomeandheart hashtag.

Look out for more news on the Home & Heart campaign on saintsfc.co.uk, Twitter and Facebook in the near future…
