Danny Fox is recalled after injury kept him out of that defeat at Upton Park, with Jos Hooiveld the one to drop out of the team.
Spurs include former Saint Gareth Bale in their starting line-up, with one-time St Mary's loanee Iago Falque among the substitutes.
