Saints will play Leeds United in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.
The draw was made on Wednesday evening following the conclusion of the third round ties played this week.
Nigel Adkins’ men progressed into the Last 16 with a 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday thanks to a brace of goals from Jay Rodrirguez, taking Saints through to this stage for the second successive season.
Leeds meanwhile progressed at the expense of Barclays Premier League side Everton.
