Halo initiative: saints supporter charter
Our fans are the lifeblood of this great club and we are committed to ensuring they feel respected and rewarded for their loyalty and passion. We will conduct ourselves in a way that ensures fairness and parity at every level whilst striving to have regular, transparent dialogue with our fans.
Our Supporter Charter sets out how we aim to put fans first when considering how we approach areas such as ticketing, pricing, accessible facilities, and overall fan experience and we are motivated to make it easy for fans to access vital information and to have meaningful engagement and dialogue with the club.
