At Southampton Football Club, when we say we play the right way, it goes far beyond what happens on the football pitch. It's a philosophy that guides our club in everything we do. It's this belief that inspired us to create our sustainability strategy, The Halo Effect.

The small steps, big wins and hard yards we've put in to inspire positive change - our 2021 Sustainability Review charts the progress we've made in the 12 months since launch across four key areas: Corporate Responsibility, Environmental Responsibility, Fan Responsibility and Social Responsibility.

We're just at the start of our journey, but the momentum we've created is unstoppable. We're proud of the work we've done, but are committed to doing even more.

After being involved in the launch of The Halo Effect a year ago, I’m delighted to see the progress that the club has made. As a player, I’m proud that my club is taking this proactive attitude towards positive change and constantly working to become more and more sustainable.
