Saints Goal supported by Vitality

Saints Goal is all about setting goals and hitting targets. We aim to change lifestyle habits by altering attitudes to nutrition and exercise.

The programme has returned for a special 2023 cohort, supported by Southampton Football Club’s Official Wellness Partner, health and life insurer Vitality.

Across 12-weeks we bring people together from across the community, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for improving wellbeing and encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle.

We make sure everyone feels comfortable and generate some incredible camaraderie to help you score your goals.
