We motivate people to live happier, healthier lives supporting them to value their physical and mental wellbeing. 

Our programmes deliver support for people of all ages, helping them get active and stay connected with their communities.

This includes exercising and socialising for older people through Senior Saints; strength and balance classes for people at risk of a fall through Falls Recovery; opportunities for adults in disadvantaged communities to get Active Through Football; and support for mental health through Saints By Your Side.
